Delete my data.
If you wish to delete your Booked.so account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Option 1 — In-app deletion
- Log in to your Booked.so account
- Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Your account and data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to: dev@booked.so
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include:
- The email address registered with your Booked.so account
- Your full name
- Any specific data you wish deleted (or “all data” for full account deletion)
We will respond within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record
- All connected social platform OAuth tokens (revoked at source)
- Your content, scheduling history, and analytics
- Communications history
- Calendar bookings and appointments
What is retained
- Billing records (7 years, per legal requirement)
- Anonymized usage analytics (no personal identifiers)
- Records required by law
Connected platforms
Deleting your Booked.so account does NOT delete content already published to your connected social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). You must remove that content directly from those platforms.
